FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience to attend?

Nope. You don’t need to be “into spirituality” or have any background in wellness or men’s work. Come as you are — that’s enough.​

 

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, an open mind.​

 

Is this therapy?

No — but it can be deeply therapeutic.We don’t diagnose or treat — but we do help you reconnect with yourself and others in a supportive, nonjudgmental way.​

 

Can I invite a friend?

Absolutely. We encourage it — just make sure they RSVP in advance (via Meetup or our site) so we can manage group size and create the safest space possible.​

 

Do I have to talk or share?

Never. You’re always invited, but never pressured. You’ll be encouraged to stay present, breathe, and participate at your own comfort level.​

 

What actually happens in a session?

Each circle includes a combination of breathwork, authentic relating games, circling, sound healing, and light movement or stretching. Every session is guided, grounded, and designed for all levels.

 

​Can I eat or stretch during the session?

Yes! MENTRaL is about authentic presence — not pretending. You’re welcome to stretch, breathe, take space, and even sip tea or eat lightly during the process.
